07 ds obc keeps coming on, even though new batteries

07 DS. Installed new 12 volt trojan batteries. pd2 charger.

Cart will run fine, will also charge fine. But yellow dash lite will come on and stay on for awhile then go off, while driving, also while sitting in garage.

The main negative wire runs thru the obc, yellow fuse is good. Everything seems ok, except the annoying yellow light constatantly will return.

My last option would be to bypass the obc. But before doing that, any one tell me why the yellow light keeps flashing, even though cart charges, runs, has new batteries, and yes the charge will turn off after cart is charged.

Sometimes after charging, light will be off, then i can drive cart and light will come on after just a few minutes?

The warning light will operate no matter what position the keyswitch is in. It can mean one of many things.

Low voltage (Re-Charge battery pack and let charger finish, do not interrupt)

High voltage (more common with new batteries with slightly higher voltage, light should go off after a short distance)

Charger Interrupt (such as unplugging the cord before the charger completes the cycle)

AC Interrupt (Power outage or charger malfunction during charge cycle)

Re-set your OBC by disconnecting the Neg cable for 5min and then see if the problem clears...😎

After charging completely 2 times, and driving and charging again, the light went out last night. So hopefully I don't see it lit again when I go out there.
