Do you recognize this 2005 EZ-GO?
Hi, just bought a used 2005 EZ-GO this afternoon however I don't know much about the cart other than that it looks great, has pretty new batteries and runs great! I am attaching the pictures of the cart here hoping some of you may be able to tell me what model it is and what to expect in terms of pros and cons. Thanks for looking!

Mines a 2006 TXT and looked about the same as yours when I got it. Its a solid reliable cart. Probably 36volt. Mine had the exact same wheels and tires.

Yours is a TXT- probably 36v with the PDS drive system. It says freedom on the body so it has a higher speed than the stock golf course fleet model.

Well I learned something :) The freedom branded carts I’ve had have been faster- TXTs and the old Marathons.

As far as I know "freedom" = 19 mph with lights. But any TXT body can easily be put on any TXT cart. I think the slow "freedom" cart described above was a body-swap cart that never was a "freedom" cart to begin with.

Thanks for the posts! I just noticed the “Freedom LE” on the side! I was finally able to find some model brochures and it said the model had 3 types of motors. And idea how I can find out which one I have? From the serial number perhaps? As far as I know the cart is all original and well taken cared of. Thanks! And Jmvzet, love those seats you have on yours!

If yours is a PDS, as i suspect due to the F&R switch on the dashboard, all PDS used the same motor, and a "jumper plug" on the motor controller to set speed selection.
