Default Recon batteries

There is a place near where I live that offers recon golf cart batteries for sale. Has anyone used these? Do they get about the same life expectancy versus a new set? They are half the price of new, I am just looking to get a few years out of them as I upgrade from 36 to 48. My current batteries fall to 36.3 volts after 10 hours once completely charged. Thanks! 😀

I've used recons. You get half as much life out of them as new if you are lucky. If you are not lucky you get a yr for half the cost of new with no recourse Make sure you get a 60 day exchange guarantee for any bad one you get.

the key thing to look for is the amp hour rating and weight . the more amp hours the longer run time , more weight equals more lead .
