No power to front dash 2016 Precedent

Hello! I bought my first golf cart recently (2016 Precedent) and the cart seems to be in really good shape. In the front dash there are two USB ports and the standard battery light. I didn't try the USB ports and I just assumed the battery light worked (I'm stupid for not testing these when I bought it). I've driven the cart a lot and the battery light has yet to come on so I just figured the batteries were really good. However, after some research, I saw where the battery light should flash 3 times when I charge it (along with the 3 beeps).

So my question is...What can I do to fix this issue of not having power to the USB ports and battery light? I have taken off the front panel and it looks like everything is connected...Could it be a fuse and if so, where would the fuse be?

So you've tested the USB ports and they don't work? What kind of charger do you have, an ERIC or Powerdrive 3?

Does your reverse buzzer sound when the cart is put in reverse?
It's common for people to unhook the reverse buzzer.

The 3 beeps from the reverse buzzer and 3 flashes are commanded by the original Curtis controller that would have come in that cart. If someone replaced that controller with an aftermarket it will not beep or flash the light when plugging the charger in.

My reverse buzzer works and it beeps 3 times when I plug the charger in.

Just no battery light and USB ports do not work.
