Default alltrax controller help

i just finished up connecting my heavy duty solenoid, alltrax 48500 controller, obc stud kit and 2 gauge wire upgrade on my 48v precedent. i still have the stock motor installed. i have 50v at the battery pack and 50v on the large posts of the solenoid but my cart does not want to move forward or reverse. i also do not get voltage to the controller on B- and B+.

When you press the pedal, do you hear the solenoid click?

Check your connections on the small terminals of the solenoid. When the pedal is pressed, you should hear the solenoid click allowing power flow to the controller

Two things that get often missed on a Precedent when changing cables:
  • The Tow/Run power at the Solenoid big post on the battery side.
  • The two 10ga black wires at the Controller B-.

I think I see the pink tow/run wire on the Solenoid, but check both.

Is the Tow/Run switch working correctly?

yes i have the pink tow/run wire going to the battery side on solenoid.

i have the two black 10g wires connected to the obc stud kit and have a 2 gauge going to the controller B- side.

the tow/run switch was working before i started changing everything so idk...

Does the diode on the small posts have a resistance load?
