Default Programming cable connector / adaptor

Does anyone know the type of connector used on the Curtis 1206AC controller? It appears to be a small round male 4-pin connector. I would like to adapt this in to anything else (wires) to connect to the PC.

Any information you could provide would be helpful. For example, the type of connector used or a part # i could purchase to connect to it.

Thanks

The Tyco plug is TE Connectivity part # 1445390-1, the 4 female socket pins are part # 770986-1, and a cable strain relief is part # 1445730-1.
The Mini-Fit Jr end is a Molex socket, part # 39-01-3043, and 4 male pins, part # 39-00-0049.

Or if you are a visual person. Also if you want to save a little time you can buy an ATX power supply extension and cut the one end off.

What are the requirements for the serial cable? Is it RS232, inverted RS232, TTL, Inverted TTL? What are the voltage levels of the bus? I am trying to get it to work with an inverted TTL connection but its not working yet. Perhaps i missed something. Thanks.

Superp. Thank you. Do you recommend converting to the square connector or staying with the round one? I would like to attach my laptop. I am having trouble making it work so far. I have been slipping pins over the pins, but still havent been successful. Is it RS232 or TTL? I have tried both; with inversion on the TTL as well. The controller is a 1206AC-5201 and im using the 1314 PC software. USB to RS232 adapter or USB to TTL adapters are verified working.

You need the 3 volt TTL cable. Go read this thread for some help. https://www.buggiesgonewild.com/show...=15316&page=99
