1. Okay, you're only using half of the CC F/R switch and it's wired like a SPDT, so it ought to work just fine.

2. You've got voltage leaving the Run/Tow switch on the Red wire with Yellow stripe, but not at the other end of the Red/Yellow wire (Pin-10), so there's an open somewhere in the wires and connections between the Run/Tow switch and Pin-10. Find that open and fix it, and the cart should work like it is supposed to.

Hi Johnnie, Ok I think I have narrowed it down to a damaged or worn 10 pin plug. I went through and tested the power again on 10 and nothing. unplugged it and checked continuity an on pin 10 and it was good. Tested voltage and nothing.
Plugged it all up again and now it works and I have good voltage.

So I am guessing the 10 pin plug maybe starting to fail.

At least it is working now.
