The 22" tall tires are costing you 18% of the available torque where rubber meets road, and if they are low pressure tires (<10PSI max inflation pressure) the torque loss is higher.

Also, your CR-205 batteries are undersized (205AH vs 225AH) so they will drop more under load.

Heads up guys - intermittent short to ground on the green wire to ITS - only seemed to contact frame when cart was on incline and w/two people in cart. Go figure...

I sold the cart and now am going to find another project cart.
