my cables and f/r switch were junk-so they were killing the performance-i should have got a little more gain out of the tire change alone-IMO... they were very low pressure mud tires-so worst case scenario for rolling resistance...

Ok so update. Even though I did see some decent improvement by replacing the bad batt its not enough to get me more then two block or so blocks before I run out of enough juice to get me back up the driveway.

I have decided to go ahead and replace the other 5 batts after reviewing the state of charge chart posted earlier and coming to the conclusion my other 5 batts are only sitting at 50% per the chart. Let hope that will get me to functional and if it does not I will start with the upgrades I guess.
