Note to self, check each battery individually. Put the 12v smart battery charger on each battery individually to make sure the pack was full and found that one of the batteries has 2 shorted cells. The entire pack was at 47/48, I WAS FOOLED! Put in a new battery and we are good now, they are only 1 year old US batteries. Thanks for all the help guys!

What specifically did you do to test the batteries and show a shorted cell?

Also, what is a 12 volt smart charger? Can you post a picture of the charger you used?
