Need sequence advice
I have a 2017 Onward stock everything. I placed an order in for a Alltrax XCT 48-400 controller for primarily golfing and occasional neighborhood cruising. The terrain is primarily flat to slightly hilly. I also am on my last leg (maybe 3 months) of FLA 6ea x 8V batteries and will be purchasing a drop-in lithium pack. Probably a unit with around 100 Ah rating. My question is should I wait to install my controller after receiving a lithium pack and install all at one time or go ahead and install the controller now and wait for the batteries require replacement.

Re: Need sequence advice
I would go ahead and install the Alltrax. You might want to think about upgrading cables and that you might wait until you have Lithium since the cable requirements will change.

Re: Need sequence advice
I first intended to follow steps you suggested, but thought about if I were to locate the controller on the aluminum mounting plate as suggested in the instructions or mount on the plastic wall behind the cover plate or just wait to mount it on the floor of the battery box. Is it difficult to move controller, solenoid, cable lengths after the lithium pack is installed or does it need to be moved? Thanks for the advice.
