your best bet in a series cart is a voltage boost to 48v. check the controller rating voltage-wise. you can add 2 used batteries in the bagwell and climb trees

When upgrading to 4g cables should I replace just the battery cables or purchase the entire 4g cable kit from one of your sponsors?

You will need to get the model number off the controller tag. It is probably a black colored Curtis controller. The tag will also indicate voltage but it will probably be on the bottom of the controller facing the ground so you would have to remove it to tell.
