I think it is the solonoid as i tested it and have the same voltage on both sides all the other test on sticky came out ok so I will let everyone know how it turned out when I get the solonoid later this week. Thanks all for the help, I really appericiate it!!

I may need to start another thread as no one may look at this one but i will attempt, I installed the new solinoid this morning and now the constant beep is gone, however now it beeps as soon as i flip the run tow swith to run. I performed the tests that are on the sticky section the question is when the throttle is not depressed i get .455 volts then no change when i depress throttle to just hear it click, then the voltage increases to 1.5 volts smoothly. so is it the micro switch? or am i chasing the wrong dog here??

I think it would be weird that you have a "double wammy" but it looks like you do, bad solenoid and bad controller.
