The one by the battery... it was missing completely!!! I found where it mounted to the frame as the terminal was still attached, but I grounded the battery from there and it seems to have been the starter hesitation issue. Thank you!

The motor is still not firing right up though... once it fires she runs fine. And it's not every time. Maybe one every 10 starts it just chugs as the starter turns it over.

I suspect a carb adjustment being the problem. Does anyone have an attachment or otherwise guide or way of tuning these carbs?

I only see one adjustment needle and the throttle position adjustment. What jets should be in it? Assuming it has jets [emoji848]

I found a thread and apparently the needle should be about 1 turn out. Mine is about 7/8 of a turn after messing with it and seems to be running well.

I never pulled the carb apart so I don't know if there are internal Jets on these carbs like I had asked previously.

Yes there is it's not a bad idea to take it off and pull the jets and make sure they are clear and blow them out and blow a little air through the passages these carbs are pretty simple

I usually run a wire in them to make sure they are clear.

Ok thanks. So should I look at rejetting these carbs then? Or are they good with what they come with?

I know my quadracers I had or I do spend some time tuning and jetting each one, but I hadn't read anything about it with these carts.

Haven't had time to pull it apart either, lol.

Just wondering if some of the starting issue is from a hey being to big.
It smells a bit gassy at times.

Yeah, I did that already unfortunately. I have a tester as well and it tests good too.

At sea level you shouldn't have to rejet if everything is stock I'd say carb needs a good cleaning
