Steering loose
2005 Club car 6 inch lift. Since I lifted the cart, the steering seems a bit loose. By loose, I mean that it sways some at higher speeds, especially on pavement. It's less noticeable off road but still there. This is my first lift kit, is it normal to need some steering upgrades when you lift the cart? Or is it more likely just a worn steering arm or something else I need to diagnose?

Re: Steering loose
What brand of lift kit did you get? Did the instructions suggest checking front end alignment after installation?

Re: Steering loose
Also, what style of lift did you get? Spindle? Double A-arm? Long Travel? Z Lift? Spindle lifts are probably the easiest install and most affordable...but they're not known for their stability at higher speeds. They tend to wander a bit.
