Did you replace the headpipe to engine gasket when taking off&on so many times?
Is the exhaust joint gasket metal-lined, multiple layered, a combination?
Luckily... my cart was just 2 years old, with minimal hours when I first installed the CPP exhaust,
and the factory gasket wasn't "sealed" yet, so it was fortunate for me that it didn't get damaged.
The gasket was stuck to the head, and I was able to swap the exhausts back and forth for a couple of years.
(Put the CPP on in spring, take it off in mid summer) and it doesn't leak to this day!

It's been a while, but I think it's a combination, it was thicker then the gasket that came with the CPP exhaust.

That was what I thought also, but it's been a while!

If it matters... I still have a Tach/Dwell meter that I haven't used in years!
