fuel pump 83 2 cycle

Need help, Cant get the fuel pump to work.I rebuilt fuel pump still cant get any fuel out of it .All lines are clear and engine has good compression.Any ideas ??? Cart is a 83 2cycle. Thanks for any info.

From your description, it still sounds like the it's a fuel pump issue.
Somewhere in the pump, either the valves are not sealing, or the pressure from the crankcase is bleeding off and not activating the flapper valves.
