There's really no adjustment on them, just a little bit on the idle pilot screw. maybe it needs cleaned out

MAYBE MY MUFFLER NEEDS TO BE CLEANED OUT, IF SO DO YOU KNOW HOW, ALSO I NEED TO CHECK VALUE ADJUSTMENT.

Black inside the muffler is typical..... how do the plugs look?

air filter? a clogged one will cause it to run rich.

I'd say it's a carb issue. have you checked your choke to see if it's opening all the way?
