Do it!!! My buddy who owns a local shop uses something along those lines. He can make a cart collapse to just over 3 feet.

re: My Harley Davidson themed TXT Build
I installed the top lowering hinges tonight. It went smooth. They seem to work good and lowered the top about 5 inches. With this done I started the tear down. I'm starting to second guess my plan to use the stock motor. Since I bought the 500 amp controller, I don't like the thought of keeping it turned down to 80%. What motor would you suggest?

I put the PQ Executioner in mine and I love it, 48v, 500a controller, not lifted 12" wheels slightly higher wall tyres and 33mph. Talk to PQ, they do have other less expensive options available. I am glad I got the lime green executioner though.

Give Robby or Rick a call at plumquick. They are great folks and very knowledgeable. I have a motor from them and had Robby paint it Hemi orange to go along with my SRT-8 theme. You tell them what you want and what you are looking to get out of it(ie: torque or speed or both) and they can build you a motor jut the way you want it. Their pricing is very good and their customer service is as good as their product.
You are this far into it why not give that 500amp controller what it deserves Colton |

re: My Harley Davidson themed TXT Build
I decided to go ahead and sent to motor to PQ for an up grade. The tear down continues, I have been taking my time as this is my first time.. and I don't have all the parts yet.
My body arrived from the painter. I'm really happy with the way it turned out. Like it or hate it, there probably won't be another just like it at the campground. |
