I finally got my g1 running, i ran it for 10min ran allright, then when stopped it it would not start at all, dead battery, got it towed home,i did one thing defferent to the carb, i put a gasket between the rubber jount and the reeds there is a gasket on the block to, would this make a differ when the cart warms up? The way it runs? Thanks.

I don't think just adding a gasket would cause it not to start. If you have any doubts just remove the gaskets and give it a try. I'd look more towards a fuel delivery issue.

Check your fuel pump by removing the hose from the bottom of the carb and crank the engine (make sure you remove the belt first so the cart doesn't move). If the fuel squirts out pretty good then your fuel pump is ok. If it doesn't pump out or just dribbles, it could be the fuel pump or fuel filter.

Also make sure you have good gas in the tank with the proper premix or if you still have the oil pump intact make sure it has plenty of 2 cycle oil.

Check spark by removing plug wire and place a screwdriver about 1/32" from the metal contact of the wire, crank engine. Spark should be consistent and blue/white. Even a light orange spark should start an engine.
