Flywheel is off and was filthy behind it. Clutch is off. I don't see anything. Should I try the oil or whats best?

You can try it, but even if it loosens up, the motor still has to come apart. I would start taking it apart.

If it is stuck that bad, there is likely something that will need to be replaced. I've had crank bearings that were seized, but I broke them loose. They still needed to be replaced. You won't know until you take it apart. Did you pull the reed cage out?

It's between the carb and the jug. Once you take it out, you should be able to see the piston.
