Identify this shifter cable!
Alright, here we go. I just dropped a supposed G2 rear end into my G1. Here is a picture of the shifter cable that came off of it. I need to order new ones. Looking online it looks like the G2,G8.G9 and G11 are the same and you can buy the two seperate. But you can buy a G14,G16 and G22 cable as a pair already to install. They look excactly the same. Are these the same cables? Take a look at the pics, which shifter cable is this? Thanks

I'll check mine. Mine came off of a 1991 G2. Looks the same.

Re: Identify this shifter cable!
True Yamaha cbales would have a part # on the cable housing. I would think the later model cables are a just longer. If the later model cables will work with your project, I have a set, all I ask is you pay for shipping.
