Well took it down the road this morr without the body (still at painters)
It has a ton more power down low.
Flat ground with just me on it 31mph on the same gps
Im thinking its time to play with the clutching and gut the muffler

Gutted the muffler today and found out that when i installed my motor back in the cart it wasnt 100% stright and was causing a tiny bit of ware on the side of my new drive belt
Also i was able to slide the motor foward about a 1/2 inch so maby it may pick up alittle more top end?

Well i spent the day playing with the carb on my cart
Turns out the stock jet size is 82.5 went to my local yamaha dealer and picked up some jets
110 and a 125. Started with the 110 and it was way to much. Ran like crap and turned the plug black in a 1/8 mile. Went to different dealer and the smallest he had was a 100. Seems to run much better after the 100 jet but i ordered a 90,92.5 and a 95 and im going to lean it out a bit more
