I just got this cart,where can i find the serial number,It has the seliniod system,seems slow,figuring 70's model,how fast these things suppose to go,I cant get pictures yet.Can i go 48volt,and just leave everything the same,selinoids,I'm use to these new controllers,never seen this old style mechanical type before,when you push pedal,this thing rolls across these little round things.seems like its only going as fast as a power wheels,has trojan batterys all have 6.70volts or better.Once i figure out how to post pic i will.

found out its a 8d cart,seems like its only using first speed,do any you guys got wiring diagram?

ok just figured out whats wrong,the resister coil.i twisted that wire that was broke and it flew,so question is,that coil thing,were can i get new one,got a feeling its going to break when i take apart,and clean,and is each one of them wires a speed?

I found the resistor coil on ebay,I just cant tell witch speeds are working,I only hear one click from selinoid,not forsure if each one suppose to click at each speed.Think i can fix the coil spring,but really need to take whole cart apart,clean all conections.just need to figure how it works.

I got it fixed,but only go's around 18mph,is that about right?
