Default Solid-State-Converted Hunting Buggy "cutting in and out"

So i thought i could figure this one out on my own buy apparently not......

I have a 93 CC DS that I converted to Solid State using Scottyb's components. I have a 500 amp alltrax controller, heavy duty F&R, Heavy duty Solenoid and 2G cables. I also installed a D&D High Torque motor. Anyways, my cart has suddenly started "cutting in and out" when at full throttle. Might be cutting out at any throttle position, but ive only noticed it when im petal to the metal. I dont think its a battery cable issue because all of them seem tight at each battery, but I do have 2 batteries in the rear under a rear seat kit, so I cant say for certain. It just doesn't feel like its at the batteries. I have the PB-6 Throttle body, too. I have digital volt meter and when its cutting out its not dropping in voltage, nor is it cutting in and out on the meter either. I DON'T have the micro switch hooked up on my F&R but I DO have it hooked up on the PB-6. Any ideas?

This is the cart that was converted a couple of years ago? Do you hear the solenoid cut in and out when it stumbles?
What controller do you have?

Since you have a volt meter installed, what is the voltage reading when the cart is "cutting out"?

I think he said pack voltage was unaffected by the cutting out.
