2002 48v DS iQ will not run

Having problems on my 02 DS . Changed motor controller, speed sensor, Checked solenoid, Reverse buzzer works . Will not move, any help ?

It's probably the MCOR. Have you checked it? The MCOR is the throttle device beneath the passenger side floorboard. un-plug the two pin connector from the MCOR, jump the connector out with a paperclip and see if the cart will operate. If it works, order part number AM293101 MCOR4 conversion kit and you'll be ready to roll.
