I don't know if it's built on a melex platform or not. There are a couple A.P. floating around out here in AZ. They seem very similar, but I may not recall perfectly, I see a lot of carts, and an A.P. once every couple years.

I messed around today trying to remove the crappy paint job with a razor blade...it appears to be rustoleum brushed on it. Also I am open to suggestions if anybody has a less labor intensive method that will not trash the gel coat.. I Will be patching the broken fiberglass and painting the body

Little update on my progress I rounded up some old 12v batteries and verified that the cart does work. Cart has no power at all but I believe it is sue to the low amperage batteries I used to try the cart. Also I have the majority of the old paint removed
