Charging question.........

Hello everyone!!!

One more time I ask you to pardon my newbieness but....My question is how low do the batteries have to be for the charger to charge. My cart has '09 Interstate's and they all show 6.12 to 6.13 with a total of 36.4 across the cables and at the charger port. I charged them up several days ago and have put 3 miles or so on the cart since they were charged. When I plug in the charger (original Lester), it comes on but shows nothing on the meter. The charger works fine on my other cart.....it always needs to be charged. 5 year old batteries on that one. I was just wondering how low the pack had to be for the charger to come on or is there some other issue? I'm going to use the cart at a church function tomorrow an I'd like to make sure that it is as fully charged as possible.

You know, some days, I wonder about me. Let me answer my own question. Turns out that the sweep switch was not quite all the way back onto the first contact. Apparently that will not allow it to charge.

Ok now, Let's all have a roof raising DUH. Over and out.
