Question Melex 512 Arm digging into tire on full left turn.

Ok, I noticed when I got to lytle creek the LEFT tire on the inside had a rub ring. This was about a quarter of an inch or so of rubber rubbed away over time. I started looking at the basics, and noticed that when the wheel is turned fully left it makes the contact. I checked the other side with wheel turned both way and no contact there.
the alignment does seem to be ok, not to far off, The wheel has a lot of play on it, (still need to get access to the bolt on the steering column and adjust it) But I know this is two different issues.

So as of now, seeking input on suggested adjustments.
I have not located a "manual" for the cart yet. But this is in the future plans.

Pictures of rub and arm and head on shot of front end attached.

Thanks ahead of time for input everyone.

Sounds like a bad wheel bearing, block up the tires, and put the hill brake on, jack up the front of the cart and see if that front wheel is loose, grab on to the tire and move the tire up and down, and spin it, and what is the air pressure in the tire??

looking at the pics, it looks like it could be the tie rod ends, have some the steering wheel and see if everything is tight under there.

Sounds like a plan, I did see some grease or leakage around he center of the rim. I'll try this in next couple of days and report back.
Thank you for the input.
