Ok,here I go.I have taken the cart all the way down to the frame.I wanted to sand blast the frame to clean it of any and all paint and rust.
First attempt.

Worthless,my brother gave me this nearly 10 year's ago.

Attempt #2....

I barrowed this one from a friend. You hook it up to a pressure washer, water and bare metal, never a good idea.It was worthless anyway's.

Attempt #3..I rented this one,it was a hand held made by
Snap- On,WORTHLESS as well.It would shoot sand and Air,just not together..

Attempt #4..HaHa,I went for broke and bought this one.$139. at Tractor supply. This thing kick's A$$.

One little problem,it only kick's a$$ for a couple of minute's --until you drop pressure..

This 4hp 30 gallon compressor can't handle it.........

try the white silica sand instead of that brown "sandblasting" sand. it works better for me and my small gravity feed units

Here's a little progress.I got the frame sand blasted and primed.

Some modification to the frame/swingarm support, and a test fitting.

I'm still needing my 6" lift for the front as well as another 2 or so for the rear.

And a start of my winch mount.
