95 gas want start
cart want start unless you open the air filter and pat the gas pedal.there seems to be gas spitting back thru the carb.

 Have you adjusted the valves? Adjustment is .004 at TDC cold. |

When was the last time it ran correctly? Yesterday? Last week? In the 90's? What has been done to it since it last ran? New gas? Old gas? Getting a spark? New spark plugs?
