Default searched but cant find what i need

I have a 1985 EZGO gas 249 Robin engine did a compression test I got 90 psi. Does it matter if the cart is warmed up or not, is that a decent number? what kind of fluid should i use in the rear end? is there a separate spot for transmission fluid or is it the same as the rearend? now that it is cold out it doesnt hardly want to move what might that be? thanks in advance for the help

Your motor compression is very low - time to rebuild it...

No - It's bad. You may be lucky and have a bad head gasket? Your compression should be around 130 - 145 psi...

1 - Do you know how to work on engines?

2 - It may just be a head gasket?

3 - We won't know what you need until you tear it down.

4 - If there are troubles, then you can order whatever you need. Complete top end kits are fairly cheap, if you decide to go that route...
