Default G1 face lift (CC owners avert your eyes)

picked up a free CC frame and body,so I thought I'd give the G1 a make-over Never liked the yamy cowl. Whataya think?

It opens up the front to allow room for a winch, carrier, brushbar, lights,whatever. The G1 in my avatar has a G2 nose that a former owner installed. I plan on making a heavier front bumper and mounting a winch on it.

It's your car.....Do what ever you see fit. Keep the pic's comeing. How you going to "mate" the steel and aluminum frames togeather? I guess we all find out soon. Good luck Dave

Dave, I plan on bolting the the two together using the original body mounts from the old cowl
