Mike knows exactly what you need and can get those parts for you. but yes, it'll be for a st350 same year would be fine, the later ones are the same too. the parts manual is in the tech section

All the parts you need come in the lift kit # 74786G01 - if your steering assembly is mounted on the frame, or # 74786G02 if your steering is mounted on the front axle

Ok, I ordred the 74786G01 from ezgo. Just a couple more question if I may. You guys are a wealth of knowledge. Tire size and should I put a little bit narrower tire on the front? Seems like it might steer a little easier. And what about front and rear rim offset? Thanks a million.

22" tires will be the max for proper clearance. If you want to go 23", then you'll need our leveling kit for the extra 1 1/4" front lift...

I was looking at your 19869 tire 22x11x10 for the back. Whats your opinion on a little narrower for the front?

I would run all the same that way you can rotate them, the backs usually wear alittle more than the fronts
