G1 Driven Clutch Questions
I am planning on installing a Plowman's clutch kit on my G1 and have some questions regarding getting the old clutch off. I need to know the size of bolts to use for the puller for the outer part of the clutch that has the keyway. If anyone could help me out with this so I can get it done in the next week or so I would appreciate it greatly.

Re: G1 Driven Clutch Questions
I believe they are 6mm, i bought mine 2" long but your puller may be different. I just put a plowmans clutch kit on mine and really like it. when I installed the new spring, i put it in a vise & compressed it & put 3 zip ties spaced even around the spring & put it on , after you get the nut on then just cut the zip ties off. made it real easy.

Re: G1 Driven Clutch Questions
Just in case anyone searches and comes across this thread, it is M6 metric bolts for the outer clutch plate.
Thanks Wes |
