2010 ezgo rxv no click from solenoid no reverse beep doesn't move

Ok so I've never worked on this cart before just trying to help my neighbor out.
He has a 2010 ezgo rxv the headlights turn on checked the batteries and they are at 51v when I turn the key I get nothing no reverse beep no solenoid click no buzzing nothing! I put it in tow mode and it still won't even move.
I tried to jump the solenoid and still nothing but a little spark I have a ohm meter I just don't know what to check first anything will help thanks in advance.

on the black plastic cover over the motor controller, there is a few little sealed containers with fuses inside, check them. also check the blue wire at the charge port (red & black charge port wires must be connected), blue wire from port side should have full pack voltage whenever the charger is Not plugged in.

I checked the fuses on the controller cover they were all ok and i had 51.1 v coming from the blue wire on the charge port anything else you can think of I was thinking about jumping the key switch next

DO NOT MESS WITH WIRE HARNESS ON RXV !!!!!!

Jumping wires and messing around with them will blow controller !!!!!
