Depends on which Carryall you're talking about. Every Carryall vehicle has a number....... Carryall 1, Carryall 2, Carryall 6, Carryall 272 for example. Some of them are compatible with DS trailer hitches, some of them aren't. Take a picture of the back bumper plate and post it and I'll let you know.

A DS hitch will not fit mine.

just put a hitch on my 2003 turf 2 carryall see first 2 pics
I got it at the local dealer
I wanted a receiver type and the dealer found me one for $100.00
6 bolts and 10 min to put on.
no drilling, just removal of rear plastic skirt- 2 screws

my other 1998 turf2 has a flat bar with hole for ball--- last pic
dealer had it also for $77.00

golf carts parts direct had the second only and it was $107.

My cart has the hitch that MikeWard shows above in pic 3 and I've towed some small 17' boats around the yard as well as regularly towing a landscape trailer full of pine bark mulch around the yard. I've surely towed over 1,000lbs with it.

The only issue I have with it is that it is so far up under the bed that it's very difficult to get a trailer on the ball.

Very true Tom
Thats why I jumped at the receiver type when the dealer told me about it!

I have the other type in pic 3 on my other turf2 and its very difficult to use

Mike those shots are perfect, thank you for posting.

Do you have any clearance issue when dumping the bed at all? I use my bed constantly as I do a lot of landscaping with the cart and am always dumping loads of topsoil or other material.

Do you have any more info (brand name/etc) for what appears to be a part # in the first photo for the one you are using???? Internet search with that part # doesn't reveal many options.

I did a lot of searching on the Internet and could not find a receiver hitch for the turf2 anywhere. I called the dealer parts guy Lou and he had the other one in stock. I told him I wanted the receiver type and he didn't know of any but would research it. He called back and told me he could get one for $100.
The part # is 102065103 and it is a club car part

No dumping issues with a straight hitch tailgate looks like it will hit ball though
I suppose if you had a drop down and reversed it to make the ball higher it would hit it. I'll go out today and try to get some more pics for you with the bed up and maybe the drop down tube in

ok took some pics with ball on and off
If you zoom in on last pic there is an inch or so clearance between tailgate and receiver when tailgate hangs straight down
