Re: suspension is terrible any ideas!?
a different shock may help you a little. but not much them lifts are really not mad for off road use in my opinion. i have had 3 carts with that kit and never was impressed. but don't give up yet I'm sure some guys on here has made them work.

I don't have that setup, but I would think a coil over shock with more travel will give you more travel.

Re: suspension is terrible any ideas!?
your still using the stock 3" of travel shocks.
Need to put longer shocks on the front. look for snowmobile shocks that are about 3 inches longer to get 5 inches of travel. I put motorcycle shocks on my Dual A-Arm to get another inch of travel. It still does not compare to the Jakes long travel on my G16 watch the videos of my G16 and then compare them to the G9 http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/video...ud-videos.html |

Re: suspension is terrible any ideas!?
I'm just not familiar with the lift. Unfortunately, it seems to be marketed as a 'double a arm' lift, but no true a arm features? Is that the overview or am I not reading this correctly?

mike
it is the all Sports lift here http://www.golfcartgiant.com/ya7likig.html the suspension points are bolts running through tubes and reuses the stock spindle and lock washers. It does have A-Arms that do move, it is limited by the reuse of the shocks and mounting points for the spindle. The mount for the spindle is 3/8 steel tU-Channel hat bends |
