How much to stiffen rear suspension?
I just finished adding a rear cargo box to my 1986 CC DS.
When my son and I climbed on to test it with our combined weight of + 400 lbs The suspension really squatted. I plan to add another 125 lbs. of batteries in the bag well for the 36v to 48v conversion. How much should I beef up the rear suspension? Also, eventually I want to add a brush guard, front basket and possibally a winch to the front. How should I beef the front up? |

Re: How much to stiffen rear suspension?
I have add-a-leafs in the rear and in the front that came with my lift kit. It seemed to help but stiffend the ride...

Maybe some "Mini Air Bags" cough cough......Or some airshocks. Then you could adjust your height and your ride.
