Default G1 clutch removal. without puller?

Hi im brand new to the golf cart scene. Just bought 2 g1's for 350 bucks that need some crank seals. I tore one apart got the flywheel side seal out but i cant get at the clutch side. Im at the point where you need a puller, but i dont want to sped 40 bucks on something ill use twice. Is there a homeade kind of version i could make. any suggestions?
Thanks

Justin...Is there a Yamaha dealer near you ? If you buy the parts from him I'm shure he'll use his tool to get the fixed sheave off for you.

does someone have the diminision on the clutch puller. I have a machine shop and would like to make my own. I looks like you put a shaft in and then run a bolt in to extract the clutch. If anyone has more information on this I would sure appreciate it. thanks
Dennis

That's $20.00 a cart! If you're gonna keep the carts it would be $$$$ well spent!
