Can charge port wires be extended??
On the back of my charge port I have the white and black wires coming off that go to the batteries to charge them up. My question is, my black wire is not long enough to reach the main pack negative anymore due to the 48v conversion. So can I cut the end off, and solder some more wire to extend it, or do I need to open it up and make an entire new lead?
Thanks |

Extend it as needed, and soldering is a great idea.

I would probably solder, then shrink wrap.
