Thumbs down Re: Running

One more thing the guy from FSIP had me change all the cables such as M- to B+ and B+ to M- and switch S-1 with S-2. The adapter worked for a while and the failed. Does any of this make sense. And I did talk to carts zone and they are going to send me another adapter. Should I change the cables back too orginal position as per diagram

can you send me a drawing of your wiring please? I would like to "see" what you have going on. The going slow makes sense for a bad Throttle adapter, I'm just trying to figure out what is killing them in your cart.

ok going off the drawing you sent me... you have a lot of incorrect wiring.....

from the Throttle converter:
5 pin connector side:
red goes to small post 36v + of solenoid
Black and White go to ITS
Orange goes to nothing (that controller doesn't use half speed reverse)

4 wire side:
Black goes to controller B-
Red goes to pin 1
Blue goes to pin 2
White goes to pin 3

From the controller:
B+ goes to Solenoid and to Post A (bottom post F&R)
B- goes to battery Pack 36v Neg
M- goes to Motor post A1

From the F&R
A (bottom) goes to Controller B+
B (Side post closest to batteries) goes to Motor S1
C (top) goes to Motor A2
D (Farthest from batteries) goes to Motor S2

I hope that clarifies it for you... not sure why in the world they told you to wire it differently......
