old school build pics

this is the cart that I had all the problems with the rear end.... Well i think im going to send my motor with the brake out this week to have it rebuilt for 36v speed, they say it will go 17-20. Got a little more involved than i wanted to but hey it will look a little better. paint,stainless diamond plate,and im gong to redo the seats. this is where im at so far. Looking good...I'm digging the color that's right up my street... keep the build moving and post some more pics!

thanks! funny thats not over spray on the plastic in back its just the camera. i have a pic from the front and the black plastic all looks blue. weird.

Just an FYI, those flEabay wheels are a 4x100mm bolt pattern and won't fit your 4 on 4" bolt pattern.

PG...... great spot on the bolt up of the wheels.....I missed that..... Hope I can remember this and not make that mistake. It's easy to screw up when ordering parts.

Where did you get the diamond plate sills for it? Did you make them? Did you ever come across a place that makes/sells stuff for this old of a cart?

thanks! yeah we got the diamond plate "stainless" and just bent a 90 then cut to fit.
