ez go problems
I have an ezgo pds electric. yesterday i was driving, and it suddenly slowed, and stopped. when i depressed the pedal, it did nothing. if i put it in reverse, it made the reverse buzzer, but would not move. also, the solenoid did not click on. after checking the connections to everything, i pressed the pedal, and the solenoid clicked, but no movement. I then pushed it onto a trailer to tow it, and it worked? this morning however, i went out to try it and now the selenoid clicks, but no movement again. Is the solenoid bad?

Re: ez go problems
Put it in diagnostic mode and listen to the beeps. The first beeps (1,2,3, or 4) indicate the performance option installed and the second set of beeps is the fault code. The fault codes are usually on the controller environmental cover. If not, post the code and someone will tell you what fault the PDS system is reporting.
