I've given up. Sorry I missed your recent posts, I've been in therapy for posting and not receiving answers. I still wonder if I will get through this without permanent scars. Gotta go, I'm off to another session with the shrink.

Sorry everyone for not responding until now. I'm guessing I have to pull the cotroller cover off first to take a look at its configuration, which I haven't done yet. I'll check it out next time I go play golf, which will probably be this weekend. Thanks again for all your help.
