I think it's a DCS
In reading your past posts I think my cart is a DCS. My FNR switch is located by my right knee, there is no linkage for the switch and there is a tow/run switch on the speed controller cover.
So I guess i have two questions: 1: Is it indeed a "DCS" 2: I run around my campground with this cart, why is a DCS a less desirable cart? |

Re: I think it's a DCS
Look in the passenger side glove box there should be a letter with four numbers on a metal plate, that will tell the year, also is there a hockey puck size disk behind the fnr lever. Sounds by description that's what you have.. DCS carts like to burn up controllers.

Re: I think it's a DCS
There is a new looking Alltrax 400 amp controller in it now, does that help?

Re: I think it's a DCS
Yep there are 4 ga wires installed, and ya it is pretty quick compared to all the other carts I've driven around the campground. Great that makes me feel alot better since I came into buying this cart not knowing what I'm learning now....Thanks guys

Re: I think it's a DCS
Alltrax doesn't solve all the DCS worries..... I have seen a combination of blown DCX controllers and stock motors
