lol well dangit key switch on, tow switch set to run, jumper on solenoid it clicks, put in foward press pedal ....nothing no drop in voltage and no click from solenoid...put in Reverse press pedal...nothing no click no drop in voltage .... so this tells us the controller is bad right?

If the reading between B- and M- is full pack voltage when the solenoid clicks and does not drop when the gas is pressed it might be a bad controller if you verify that the throttle input signal is correct and the F&R is intact as well as all the high amp cables.
Sorry it aint easier. Scottyb

Had these same symptoms recently on our 09' Precedent. Replaced controller and has so far fixed issue.

Question Re: 03 CC Pathway wont do anything

Can I use the 2005 precedent service manual as a guide to test the MCOR? The only difference I see is the purple/white wire in the manual is lightblue/white on my wiring harness....is this correct?

Does your reverse buzzer work? Don't overlook the simple stuff. If the buzzer doesn't sound it may be because the controller isn't powered up. This can be because of a bad OBC just as your dealer told you. Un-plug the 6 pin connector of the OBC and jump the Red wire to the Blue wire with a paperclip and see what the cart will do.

Smile Re: 03 CC Pathway wont do anything

Ok sorry for the delay, Going by the print out you posted ScottyB starting at MCOR Voltage Test without the Diagnostic Handset

#2 Reading = 50.4v

#4 Reading = (using #4 BATT) = -15.51v
#4 Reading = (using #6 BATT instead of #4 BATT as stated in the test) = 1.10v

#6 Reading = Pedal UP = 0.06, Pedal Down = 1.03v

#8.4 Reading = 1.

#8.5 Reading = 1.

#8.7 Reading = 8.38

#8.8 Reading = 1.88

#8.9 = Replace MCOR.....Right?

Is it possible the MCOR is my only problem?

and I did try the jumper you mentioned TahoeDawgZ71 with no change in the cart....wouldnt do anything in either Forward or Reverse....hope that isnt a bad thing....

Thank you guys for all your help and suggestions on this project MANY MANY THANKS
