98 48volt CC-DS rear end chatter
(Stock98') 48volt DS Series....When under power, all sound good, when speed out runs motor, crazy chatter rear end noise, let off power noise cleans up 1/2....
Think worn out gears..?????thanks |

DS Series does not have regen braking. The probable cause is a worn guide ring that fits inside the motor shaft that links to the transmission. Part#101789101 and held in place by adhesive part#101813202. see an exploded pic. on www.golfcartpartsdirect.com
