Default Quick Controller ?

I believe my controller is shot. One question though, does the controller control the entire electrical system? My cart with charged batteries won't even allow the radio to come on or anything to work for that matter? Is this possible with the controller out that all the electronics don't even come on? The radio is tied to the key so it has to be in the on position. Is there possibly a fuse or something that's tied to the electrical system?

The controller only controls the drive system.

If you can identify your cart it may help us advise as to a fuse location.

Oh sorry, it's a 2007 club car precedent, 48volts, 4 x 12v. When the son filled the batteries and was washing down batteries it went dead. When I pulled the top of the control center the battery charger resistor melting and smoking when plugged up. I replaced that and no luck was getting hot again. Now I have nothing notta.

Hopefully TahoeDawg sees this, he will know what is going on... I hate to say controller but, it sounds like it without being able to do diagnostic work on the cart.
