stock motor is already capable of 24mph, the controller is limiting it to 12-14mph. a speed magnet (if available) will trick the controller into unlocking more of the available speed. im not real big on these tricky "speed motors" that somehow mandate that you keep your stock controller forever when the stock motor is capable of 24mph with a controller upgrade.
